How can I make my dashboard as a homepage instead of messages menu?

If you go to Settings -> Technical -> Uer Interface -> Menu Items
You will find all the menus on your install. If you look at the sequence numbers, you will notice the lowest numbers go first. So messages is the lowest at 10 of all the top evel navigation. By default, Reporting (Dashboard) is 170.
If you change the sequence on Reporting to something lower than 10, it will be the first page now when a user logs in.
