I have a free subscription in a online version in odoo.com, we have only sales and invoices.

We get an error printing invoices and sales order. Is there anyway we can have support, paying or not, in this database? How can i change a free version to a paid version in order to have suppport?

You can contact Odoo for paid support. If you want external developers to help you then its better if its Odoo Sh or community or private hosted. In odoo online usually Odoo themselves can look into issues or customizations unless its a very small error.
