I use one2may_list widget that is get record ids
eg: 1,2,3,4
I want to get display name
eg: name1,name2,name3
how can i do this? please help me...

Try to the below example,
alias_ids = fields.One2many('product.alias', 'product_id', 'Alias')
class product_alias(models.Model):
_name = "product.alias"
_description = "Product alias"
alias = fields.Char('Alias')
product_id = fields.Many2one('product.brand', string='Brand')
