Hello,
I would like to disable some emails being sent. For example:
- when a sales order is cancelled, I don't want the customer to be notified. I know the user can click Cancel instead of Send and Cancel but users sometimes click the wrong button. I tried archiving the template but that doesn't seem to prevent Odoo using it and sending the email.
- when the accounts receivable team raise a purchase invoice by selecting the relevant purchase order, I don't want the buyer to be notified. Currently, the purchasing officer receives an email every time accounts raise a purchase invoice. I can't find an email template that corresponds to this, nor how to disable the notification for this action.
Client is on V16e.
