after the initialization the openerp7 with language of english ,then I find in the peference ,I cannot choose the other language such as chinese ,japanese,how can i solve it

First install the other language settings>>Load a Translation choose language chinese for example and click Load.
in my peferences choose your Language.

yes first of all you have install language from settings--> load a Translation
then your language
and go on
you can also change the language from the preference if your language is loaded
