From my desktop browser, Firefox, I wanted to update my information that is listed under My Account > Your Details but when I clicked Change, I only could update the Your Name, Email, and Phone fields. I am not able to update the Company Name or the remaining address fields. I no longer work for the company and want to remove it.
However, if I access the same form on my cell phone via the Firefox Mobile browser I can change all my Details but when I logged out and back-in I see that my changes reverted back to the previous information. The mobile form has a different name, it is called Contact Detail. Why do the forms behave differently and why can't all my information be updated?
Please provide proper detail. Question is not properly explained.
