Hello,
On Projects and Field Service, there is a map option on the top right corner. when i open it and click on one of my tasks, i only see the following:
TASK
CUSTOMER
ADDRESS
PHONE
How can add more informaiton to the box?

Map views can be inherited like any other view, however the customisations are much more limited in terms of layout compared to the form or kanban view.
The view to inherit in this case is 'project_enterprise.project_task_map_view'. Odoo has documentation on inheriting views (https://www.odoo.com/documentation/13.0/howtos/backend.html#view-inheritance) if you have programming experience, otherwise any developer should be able to get this sorted for you.
