If I have a custom plan with Studi on the Odoo servers do I also a license key included in the price do proto typing and testing before making the changes on my hosted server ?

We will acquire custom plan for 2 or 3 users hosted by Odoo.
Production base stays with Odoo
But we want to prototype future developments with studio on our own server.
The question is will Odoo give us a licence key to activated the downloaded version.

Sorry your question is not clear. Does it mean that you have purchased Odoo License and now you want to create some testing database/instance?
Which server are you using? Odoo.sh or On-premise?
