I have the following situation:
There are 2 managers at the same level, one is not the other's manager and not are in 
the same department, however, they must approve the other's holiday request and 
viceversa.

I want that the holiday request show up in the department's Absences for Approval view to the
another manager.

How can I solve this problem?  this is possible to do in Odoo?

Odoo version is community version 10
