Is it possible to keep all generated PDFs in any Modules?
We want to keep all revisions of all generated Dokuments from odd? Users should be able to fetch all revisions.

I know you could save the pdf attachment everytime you print a new item. I am not sure if this may help.
In version 7 you would go to: Settings->actions->reports and then under "Save as Attachment Prefix".
Use one of the already existing examples. You may need a way to access these attachement, which is where Knowledge module may help.
nobody knows any solution to store / log all generated PDFs within odoo? to make a versioning of all previously generated PDFs.

In general, I suppose yes, but it's not a default functionality as I know.
