Dear All,
I have been working in a multi-company environment in a single database through which the customers have been granted access to customer portal. Further the backend configurations for Helpdesk teams have also been properly configured and for each company, a dedicated helpdesk team exists. But when I am submitting a new ticket from the portal's end, it's showing an error as follows, when clicked the "Submit" button on portal form.
"An error has occured, the form has not been sent."
I am confused whether this issue prevails with the configuration or with the website app that does not allow the keep two customer portals for separate companied. Could u please kindly instruct.
