Helpdesk module on Community version

Good evening, on Community version 12 (Windows Platform), I can use Helpdesk Module free?

Hi,
Help-desk module is part of the enterprise edition. If you need helpdesk functionality in your community instance, either you have to upgrade the Odoo instance to enterprise or you have to use the third party apps for the same.
In the Odoo app store, there are few modules available for the same freely:-
1.  Website Help Desk / Support Ticket [1]
2.  HelpDesk [2]
