mail setup problem,I'm in the help desk change stage, it‘s error when i set email template。 when i set empty for email template ,it's seems to be working fine。 how to fix helpdesk sent email problem?

1) Make sure your email configurations are setup correctly. Go to Settings > Custom Email Servers > Outgoing Email Servers.
2) Check if the recipient email in your ticket is valid.

3) Check if your user account email is valid.
