Another question about odoo mail.

i am trying to configure odoo with our google workspace environment. I have set up outgoing mail sever in odoo with credentials of google admin who is a admin in odoo - same email address admin@mydomain.com. I have used the application password. I can send mails from oddo and receive them too. But i would like to make my sale@mydomain.com address to generate leads automatically wich is not happening right now. i have thought that i need to setup another incoming mail server with this email address and set this sever to generate leads but i need to put password in that settings which i do not have. sale@mydomain.com is the google group address which is shared inbox, there is no password for that address. i could not make another incoming server and just set this address to be my sale team address and generate leads with this setting but leads are not being generated. but the emails are being fetched because they are marked as read when visited my inbox. what am i missing there?
