here is the scenario : the seller has created a quotation for a customer with portal right : Is it possible to give edit web site quotation rights to this portal user ?

thank's a lot, but my need is quite different : The customer (and not the vendor) change the web site of the quotation, not the price part.
not out of the box, but there are many 3rd party apps who provide this feature
e.g. this one https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/14.0/purchase_rfq_online/
