I design a spreadsheet to keep track of liquidity and have a forecast for the next few months.
the main income of our company comes from a few large projects that extend over a long period of time.
These consist mainly of development work. Therefore we often receive down payments (e.g. CDR). This makes it often difficult to see in the overview how much money we will still get from our current sales.
Is there a way to show me this in a spreadsheet.

It would be even more helpful to have all planned receipts and payments (sales, purchase, salaries, fixed costs) in ONE list and to have a graph showing how the liquidity is expected to develop.

If you have any tips on how to get there, I would be very happy.

Greetings Frederik

If you use the menu orders > orders you can actually see how much is not invoiced yet, in the column "To Invoice".
But I'm still missing an oportunity to get kind of a forecast
