Hi, I am trying to generate an auto email. I have a PO and I have set up a new activity (order deadline) on this PO with an arbitrary due date. I want the responsible user to get an email on the due date reminding of this activity for this particular purchase order.

How can I do that? I tried the below link but it seems dated. Thanks
