How To Generate Sales Order From Purchase Order With Multi-company Mechanism in Odoo 13
Child company raises a Purchase order to Parent company and parent company does a sale order from that purchase order. How to facilitate in Odoo 13

Generally, it's an issue of not sharing partners between companies. You suppose to keep blank company_id field in the partner.
Normally the access rights applied to the user where one company user can not access another companies partner they can have limited company access.

Thank you for answer Mr El Motayam . I am trying change the general setting and choose the "bills/invoice or SO/PO" and assign to parent company and ten click on "save" then i got this error
Something went wrong !
You cannot select to create invoices based on other invoices simultaneously with another option ('Create Sales Orders when buying to this company' or 'Create Purchase Orders when selling to this company')!
One more question is that I am trying to raise Purchase order from Child company to Parent company but i have not find parent company in the vendor's list how can i configure to see parent company in vendors list in Child company side???
hey there,
You can do so in enterprise version through activating multi company and activating inter-company transaction in settings under Multi-Company
Then you can either choose to make bills/invoice or SO/PO which is your case
This is valid in enterprise version
In community version you will need an oca app https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/purchase_sale_inter_company/

We are using Odoo 13 enterprise edition and we unable to see the "Parent company" in Vendors list while create purchase order from Child company to Parent company even we did multi company setup in General settings of parent company.. Kindly guide us
