Hello

I found this module: Contact Form but it is only to create an opportunity from a contact. I also looked at the "live" contact us for help module but it doesn't fit my needs. What I need it from our website that user can open a helpdesk issue there and it will open an issue for us in Odoo. Is there such a module in Odoo 8?

Hello, I guess you'd better use the module "Issue Tracking", parameter the incoming mails with your help-desk mail then share it in your website so the visitors will be able to create issues just by sending e-mails to it.
