Hi Anupam,
There are four official (ready) Odoo partners in Bangladesh (https://www.odoo.com/nl_NL/partners/country/bangladesh-19) but sadly none of them are certified. There is no page to find certified consultants itself but I assume there are no certified people in your country.
Perhaps you can have a look at partners from neighbouring countries.
