Have you installed Postgres? Have you made an Odoo user?

Best Answer

As wizardz said, you have no Postgres and no Odoo user, additionally no node, no less, not wkhtmltopdf...... Please read the official installation documentation: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/9.0/setup/install.html
