For my client, who has six Chase accounts connected to their Odoo Enterprise 17 (Odoo.sh), the Chase bank sync frequently stops and asks us to set up the connection again. 


This is a major frustration because each time it requires that the client arrange time to sit down with the CEO who has the credentials on her computer. 


We just set it up a few days ago, and today it's asking us to reconnect again. 


I have another client who is having problem setting it up in the first place. 


We are running on Odoo.sh, so we sometimes test on the staging database. I don't know if that interferes with anything.


Is Odoo known to be unstable with Chase or just bank sync in general? 


However, for my own Odoo account, Chase connection has been stable for several months. Perhaps it's because my client has more accounts connected and the account has more transactions?
