Hello, has anyone developped a report for the French legal requirement FEC for submission to authorities as supporting data for a fiscal audit?

Hello,
it seems that the topic of the FEC does not interest many people. It has been a mandatory document since 2014.
Without this document accounting software becomes useless for a Frenchman. I will start well in the writing of a module but without knowledge of the python language, I will avoid.
Would someone have a track?
I' sure not to be the only one with this difficulty...
