I'm trying to figure out how to email (automatically) the partner record followers when a help desk ticket is created or closed. I have not found any documentation from Odoo on this.  In settings (developer mode), how does the follower listing work?  can you create a filter on emails templates?

Hey, on every stage setting you can find email template. So when your ticket reaches to a particular stage, system automatically sends an email to recipients.
