Fleet management and accounting modules odoo community 11

is the fleet management module on odoo community 11 related to the accounting module?

I think the fleet is not linked with the accounting. If you want to link the fleet with accounting, have a look at this module :  https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/fleet_rental/ [1]

Thanks, but i also think that the accounting module and the fleet management are separated, but, in the description of the fleet management module on Odoo's official website i found that :
" Recurring costs of your contracts such as leasing and services contracts are automatically added to your accounting at the beginning of each period of the frequency specified in the contracts, while all other costs like fuel and repairs are automatically added to your report."???? can anyone explain??
