I use Odoo 8 installed on a server PC under windows.

I have two bases in my database (a test version and a production version). I installed a module that regularly performs backups of the database, and that in each of the two entities. But since I made a lot of changes compared to the basic Odoo 8 version (customization of views and reports as well as additional fields), I also made a habit of making a backup of the entire directory. 'Odoo from my server.

I would like to understand what is really useful. In fact my question is the following: The modified data mentioned above are also stored in the database or in a directory of Odoo and if that's the case.

My wish is to be able to reinstall very quickly my instances in case of crash machine.
