We have Odoo ver 14.0 I cant find Field Service Management. Can anyone tell me which version has Field Service Management module? thanks

The Field Service management app is an enterprise app and it's not available in Odoo Community Edition. OCA has a custom field service and you can find it in the below link:
I don't think you can install the official one in CE, but maybe you can find another custom module that satisfy your needs.
