We are using Shippypro with Odoo and we are struggling to get the tracking URL from Fedex into Odoo.

We get a 'Validation Error' when we select 'Generate ShippyPro label' in the system.

The system pulls back a tracking number in the body of the error message but it cannot seem to add it to the shippypro tracking URL within Odoo so you end with:

trknbr= but no tracking number.

So we are having to manually print labels from shippypro and also paste the tracking number into the end of the shippypro tracking URL so there is a record of it on the despatch email.

If anyone has any thoughts on this it would be much appreciated.
