Currently we have Odoo 10 (Windows 10) using PostgreSQL 12.2 (2019) on AWS.  I can do a fault tolerant of both machines using Load Balance, Imaging, and other tools with AWS. I need to provide fault tolerant if Internet access is out (Internet lines are out). Is there a way to build a local Odoo machine with the exact same modules and files as the one in AWS? Is there a software to keep changes, additions, or subtractions to modules and files as time goes on? I'm trying to keep all Odoo and PostgreSQL machines synched at all times.
