I am trying to get two things done in the Recruitment module Odoo 9.0:

a)      I am able to get email from applicants (candidates applying for jobs) who send mail to a specific email id that is already setup. And the applicant gets created in odoo (hr.applicant). However there are quotes “” along with their name (extracted from their email id). Not sure how to get the start and end quote marks removed from applicant name.

b)      Not sure if there is a way to get job applications directly from job portal (such as Monster/Naukri.com) into Odoo’s recruitment module and how to parse the details into hr.applicant fields, does XML attached to email work?

If you have figured this out, please suggest.
