500: Internal Server Error* External ID not found in the system: sale.action_report_saleorder
... get this, by trying to download or print a quotation/sale order at the costumer portal (preview). printing/downloading the pdf report at the backend works well. using odoo online

Hi... Which odoo version is it? Can we take a look at your odoo ? Maybe you may create  a user for us. I case see if it is something related to user permission, etc.
