I'm trying to upgrade my Customs module from odoo 16 to odoo 17 but I encounter a problem is that when I click on the button I am told External ID not found in the system: th_custom_payroll.hr_payroll_bulletin_paie

but yet when I check the external id exists in the system parameters>technical>external Identifier can you help me with that
