im trying to upgrade my custom module from odoo 13 to 14 , while installing it , this error is showing up :
AssertionError: hr.leave.type.validation_type: selection_add=[('company_validation', 'Company Validation')] on non-list selection None

in V14 the field has been changed to leave_validation_type
