Hi i need to export products and import to update min and max items. 


Odoo does make is so simple i understand it. If you select export and tick the box i want to update product it will add the id file needed. if in normal mode i get error bellow. If i activate developers mode i don't get an error but the item is duplicated. 


Error at row 1: "duplicate key value violates unique constraint "product_product_combination_unique" DETAIL: Key (product_tmpl_id, combination_indices)=(21662, ) already exists. "

Hi,

If you want to update the existing record, there is an option while exporting "I want to update data" (import-compatable export) option ticked, the system only shows the fields that can be imported. This is helpful in the case where the existing records need to be updated. This works like a filter. Leaving the box unticked, gives many more field options because it shows all the fields, not just the ones that can be imported.
