I’m looking for suitable platform for our small company. Most important is to cover main process and be free to customize.
We consider only ETO type of ERP.
What kind of ERP is Odoo? MTS, MTO ?
Main our process based on multilevel BOM. Price calculation and technology operation order is start point. Ergonomy and flexibility is very importand in this module.
Is it possible to get i.e. multicolumn tree to work with multilevel boms? Drag & drop etc.

Odoo covers the main processes in ERP and can be customized, plus there are many add-ons available.
Odoo can handle both Make to Order and Make to Stock (these are defined as Inventory Routes) and you can setup multi level BOMs.
The main "drag and drop" functionality in standard Odoo is in the Kanban view, which primarily used for changing stages of documents and can be the basis of workflow.
