The error raised because of this custom addons hide_menu_user, this addon inherit the write method of the res.users model and the error in line 44 in this file /mnt/extra-addons/hide_menu_user/models/res_user.py. Odoo excepted to get a single value.

File "/mnt/extra-addons/hide_menu_user/models/res_user.py", line 44, in write
'restrict_user_ids': [(4, self.id)]
File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/odoo/fields.py", line 5038, in _get_
raise ValueError("Expected singleton: %s" % record)
ValueError: Expected singleton: res.users(25, 2, 26, 10, 11, 12, 27, 9, 13, 30, 14, 15, 24, 16, 8, 7, 17, 18, 28, 29, 19, 21, 6, 22)
