error while closing session in odoo pos

Question

Hi. Getting following error in odoo pos while closing the session. Pls help.

The operation cannot be completed:
- Create/update: a mandatory field is not set.
- Delete: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.
Model: Journal Entry (account.move), Field: Journal (journal_id)

odoo ver 15 hosted on odoo itself.

Hi Niyas, all payment methods have journals set to it.
Hi Ajin, I cannot find this option that you are mentioning.
The POS system was working fine before since a month. Suddenly this error pops up and I cannot figure it out.

Dear Jaosh Sethna [1] ,
I think this error happens when you are not define the chart of account.So you need to go to invoicing ->configuration->settings then you can see the Fiscal Localization heading and choose from the package field "Configurable Account Chart Template" default option or you can select the chart of account based on country based while clicking the "Install more packages" link
