when i'm trying to install an app from the apps store i got an internal error message.
i made many tests in my VMware using different system ( Win 2012, win 7 ), i also made the test with odoo 9, and 10, i try different account of odoo and i got the same error message.
is this a commune message, what could be the problem, because i think every thing is Ok ( on odoo and in the System ).

in the logs, i got an error message that say there is a software in the host machine that block the operation, i'm using VMware and i think this what block the installation.any help for this.

Where to find the logs files ( the path )
That depends on the kind of installation. Look for a file called odoo-server.log
First of all active developer mode and then "Update App List" menu is active in menubar then you Update it. after that you can install your app.i hope it work.
