I am encountering an error: your subscription is not valid.
What are the steps to reproduce your issue?
Go to website>domain>search for caferosallene.com>select domain>fill up information form>click register
What is the current behavior that you observe?
I will get an error, please see attached file
What would be your expected behavior in this case?
it should go trough and register a domain with the domain name preferred
Note: I used a subscription ID that provided by our odoo account manager

it was a manual solution on their backend, everything is ok now thanks
We are experiencing this too right now. We already submitted a ticket, it's around 2 weeks already but no response received until now. Our account manager is hard to reach.
