When members signup to my e-learning platform, don't receive verification mail until members go to "courses page" and say send email.
After send email, link of verification mail doesn't open and "time out" and can't verify the mail.
I don't know where is the problem!

2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
The mail is received but the link doesn't work and the account hasn't been verified.
I reach out to temporary solution by adding www to the link then it worked.
But where is the problem and the cause and how can I solve it?
