The `web` module is provided by the addons found in the `openerp-web` project.
Maybe you forgot to add those addons in your addons_path configuration.

Hi All

Issue is with the package version.
Got the same issue in python3.8
Fixed by
pip3 install Jinja2==2.10.1
pip3 install MarkupSafe==0.23

Hi ,
Can you please check your addons path. I guess you missed to add the addons path.
Try with :

            python3 ./odoo-bin --addons=addons/

Please check the python version as per requirement.

python install requirements.txt

May be a python site-packages problem.
