Hi everyone, I'm new to Odoo, so I'm having a hard time getting Odoo back to working properly after a digital ocean snapshot restoration.

So, after restoring a snapshot I started to receive error 503. The Odoo Log shows me the following:

2020-08-17 14:49:53,940 880 INFO ? odoo: Odoo version 13.0

2020-08-17 14:49:53,943 880 INFO ? odoo: Using configuration file at /etc/odoo-server.conf

2020-08-17 14:49:53,943 880 INFO ? odoo: addons paths: ['/opt/odoo/odoo/addons', '/opt/odoo/.local/share/Odoo/addons/13.0', '/opt/odoo/addons', '/opt/odoo/odoo_pragtech_saas_script_software_saaskit', '/opt/odoo/customs_addons']

2020-08-17 14:49:53,944 880 INFO ? odoo: database: odoo@default:default

2020-08-17 14:49:53,958 880 INFO ? odoo.sql_db: Connection to the database failed

Can someone please help me.

Thank you.

I managed to correct the above error. I hired a developer on Fivrr. He told me that with the restoration of the backup I had to configure port 80.

Now, strange that the error remains. Was it not for the error to have been corrected, since I used a backup made at the time that there was no error?

I use the SAAS KIT tool from PRAGMATIC and I am getting the following error:

Please, do you know what is causing the error?

Would it be a POST and GET request problem?
