My EPSON TM-T20III prints POS tickets when I manually print the ticket but if I change the setting in the POS backend to automatically print a ticket it always sgows and error that the connection to the printer failed. If I then click yes it opens the ticket pdf which enables me to print to the same printer that the auto ticket should go to. Si printer wise the connection is there and working. Only ticking auto print ticket seems to try to print in a different way.
