Good afternoon, we are generating sales orders but we have had several problems, for example we are going to deliver to a customer 5 x model equipment, these equipment have serial numbers, when we receive them we enter 6 series and not 5, the system allowed it and did not send a notice that he had entered more items than assigned. Is it possible to avoid this or to send an alert?
