how can we enable it again

For easy Odoo installation, you can check this installation script of Yenthe from which Odoo will get installaed and running at least in 4-5 clicks.

When I try to install a module, i have same problem.
Because I didn't give permission to Administrator... So go to Setting - User - Administrator - Edit - Select "Technical Feature".
what to do after enable 'Technical Feature'
