when i activated superuser mode on odoo community he declared a problem to me when i created a new user, i cannot login with this user.

When you create any new internal user, it doesn't have the Administrator rights. So it throws the access error while you try to open res.users views. Try assigning the Administrator to Settings or Access Rights.
