According to GDPR employees should not be allow to see private email or address from other employees. How can we do this in Odoo?

Each employee should have two contacts in the database: One private contact with private information of the employee and one professional contact. The professional contact is the one that will be linked to the user. The private contact is the one that is going to be linked to the employee form in the "private information" section.
Other employees should not be able to see private information of their colleagues unless they have HR access rights. You can give or retreive access rights to see private addresses by checking and unchecking this box:
