I have difficulty in setting the quotation sending,
My situation is as below:
I have two companies
One in AUS: - All customers, me, and contracts
One in NN: - All my staff and outsourced work
- My sales team contacted AUS by phone, SMS, email to get the deal
And now, when I set my database and try to send quotation samples, the error shows:
“Incompatible companies on records: - 'S00004' belongs to company 'AUS' and 'Sales Team' (team_id: 'Sarah') belongs to another company.”
So how can I work out this situation? Should I change my sales team from NN to AUS? If I do that, what happens with payroll for them? Because they belong to NN company?

it is simply set the sales team with the needed Company while congifure it from Sales Module
And Make the Payroll the Same

I tried. However, it did not allow, it shows:
"Incompatible companies on records:
- 'Sale person' belongs to company 'NN' and 'Sales Team' (crm_team_id: 'Sarah') belongs to another company (AUS)."
To fix the issue above, I should change the salesperson to AUS. However, they are in NN and working under contract NN. Just make
quotes and contact to the customer in AUS,

Switch the sales users to the other company , you can generte Quotations
i Have another Idea by using Odoo Studio create a new Field for that Sales Team and call that field Outsourcing Members for Example

It doesn't work; even I set user-accessible two companies,
They do not allow and employees in company A to send quotes on company B
And I can't set employee A to company B because all relevant payroll belongs to A.
Also, the idea with Odoo Studio to create a new Field meet a similar issue as above.
