I've been working in V18 trying to set up the Gamification so that we can set challenges and allow employees to send each other a badge, to keep moral up and positive.

I've created badges and sent a few badges to test, developed some goals, however, the employees do not see the badges in their profiles.  I can see them as an Admin in the Employee App, but they don't have access to this app.

What am I missing?
