Hello to all!

New Odoo Online user here. Liking the Odoo Online product thus far as I am operating a auto repair shop and I am just finishing up a website build and integrating online appointments.

However - running into an issue where clients are not receiving any notification email once the appointment is booked. 

The shop email account is receiving the notification that an appointment has been set, but when I go through the form to set an inspection appointment as if I were a customer using my personal email - I don't get any notification.

Is there something I can do to resolve this?
